• Conduct medical collections by contacting insurance companies or patients to resolve outstanding balances

• Strong understanding of medical coding systems including CPT, ICD-9, ICD-10, and DRG classifications
• Proficiency in medical billing software, EMR systems, and EHR platforms for claim submission and record management
• Experience with medical collections processes and resolving billing discrepancies efficiently
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to review complex medical records thoroughly
