Position: Business Development Executive – Medical Billing
Shift Timings: 07:00 PM to 04:00 AM
Role Overview:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and effectively presenting our medical billing services to grow the business. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote medical billing services.
- Generate and qualify leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Pitch services effectively to decision-makers, addressing client queries and concerns.
- Maintain a database of prospects, leads, and client interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations team to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Follow up with clients for proposals, agreements, and service onboarding.
- Keep updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on outreach, leads, and conversions for management review.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or medical billing services is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office applications.
- Comfortable working the night shift (07:00 PM – 04:00 AM).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
