Position Overview:
As a Medical Billing Coder & Auditor, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring accurate and efficient coding of medical procedures and diagnoses specially for surgeons in hospital setting. Your expertise will help maintain compliance, optimize revenue, and contribute to seamless healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately code medical procedures, diagnoses, and services using ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS.
• Perform thorough audits of billing and coding for accuracy and compliance.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies to minimize billing errors.
• Stay updated on coding guidelines, insurance requirements, and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and billing teams for process improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

• Certification in medical coding (CPC, CCA, or equivalent).
• Experience in medical billing and coding, preferably in a healthcare setting inpatient & out patient.
• Strong knowledge of coding standards, EHR systems, and payer requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
