We are currently hiring Senior AR Associate with strong expertise in denials and accounts receivable management within the US healthcare domain.

Role Overview:

As a Senior AR Executive, you will handle end-to-end Accounts Receivable activities, including follow-up, denial resolution, and payment recovery. You’ll interact with insurance payers to ensure claims are processed accurately and reimbursements are received on time. This role is ideal for candidates with a solid background in denial managementand payer/provider follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct insurance follow-ups on unpaid or underpaid claims.
• Analyze denied claims to identify issues and implement corrective measures.
• Handle AR analysis, denial management, and appeals as per payer requirements.
• Ensure accurate claim submission, payment posting, and reconciliation.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation in the billing system for all claim actions.
• Achieve monthly collection and productivity targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing and collections processes.
• Stay updated with payer-specific rules, coding updates, and billing guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 06 - 1 years of experience in US Medical Billing / AR Follow-up / Denial Management.
• Hands-on experience working on denials — preferred candidates who have worked from payer or provider side.
• Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD, and HCPCS codes, and claim lifecycle.
• Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems (e.g., GeBBS,Infinix,IKS & Medisund &Etc).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and US healthcare regulations.
• Experience managing Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial payer accounts.
• Prior exposure to both payer and provider side operations is a plus.
• Leadership qualities to mentor or guide junior AR team members.
