Medical Billing Executive

Job Title: Medical Billing ExecutiveBilling (Production & AR) Executive - US Medical Billing

*EPIC Software Knowledge is Mandatory*

Location: Davis Road, Lahore

Timings: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

Experience Required: Minimum 1-2 years in US Medical Billing

Key Responsibilties:

• Charge Creation and follow up on unpaid or denied medical claims with insurance companies
• Analyze claim denials and work on corrections/resubmissions
• Contact insurance representatives via calls and web portals
• Maintain accurate records of follow-ups and claim statuses.
• Coordinate with the coding and billing team to resolve claim issues

Requirements:

• Understanding of the full RCM cycle – especially the Production and AR process.
• Familiarity with EOBs,ERA, denials, appeals, and timely filing limits.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers (UHC, Aetna, BCBS, etc.)
• Experience working with EMR/EHR and billing software
• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
