Medical Billing Executive

Job Title: Medical Billing Executive (Experienced) – On-Site

We are seeking a confident and results-oriented Medical Billing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and sales skills, along with prior experience in healthcare sales or medical billing services. This role involves engaging with doctors, presenting medical billing solutions, and successfully closing new business opportunities.

Monday to Saturday

Working Hours

9:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Night Shift)

Salary

PKR 70,000 - 100,000

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to doctors for medical billing services
• Present company services and convert leads into clients
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers
• Coordinate with internal billing teams for smooth onboarding
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Experience in doctor outreach and onboarding (preferred)
• Basic understanding of Medical Billing / Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
• Knowledge of CPT codes and insurance processes is an advantage
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Zoho
• Ability to work night shifts
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in sales or medical billing (preferred)
