Medical Billing (Fresher)

Job Summary:
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our Medical Billing team. The selected candidates will be responsible for supporting end-to-end medical billing processes, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining compliance with billing guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in processing medical billing activities including charge entry and claim submission
• Verify patient information, insurance details, and eligibility
• Ensure accuracy of claims before submission
• Follow up on claims with insurance companies
• Identify and report billing errors or discrepancies
• Support denial management and resubmissions
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Analytics, Accounting, or Healthcare preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good communication skills
• Basic understanding of medical billing (preferred but not mandatory)
• Willingness to work night shifts
