The Impact You'll Make

As our Billing Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the financial heartbeat of our organization. You’ll lead a skilled billing team, streamline processes, and ensure timely, accurate reimbursements. Your leadership will help us maintain compliance, improve cash flow, and create a seamless billing experience for patients and providers alike.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the daily operations of the billing department, including coding, charge entry, claims submission, payment posting, and collections.
• Monitor accounts receivable and implement strategies to reduce outstanding balances.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer-specific regulations, including HIPAA and CMS guidelines.
• Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate billing staff, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Analyze billing data to identify trends, forecast revenue, and recommend process enhancements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies, reimbursement procedures, and industry best practices.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of medical billing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding, as well as payer reimbursement processes. Experience in hospital billing, preferred but not required.
• Experience with EMR and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
