Location: I-8, Islamabad
Shift Timings: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Medical Billing Manager to join our growing healthcare operations. This is a managerial level, on-site position for professionals with a proven track record in medical billing leadership.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–10 years of hands-on experience in the medical billing industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end medical billing operations.
• Strong managerial, operational, and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to make professional calls, manage client communications, set appointments, and close leads effectively.
• Experience in maintaining close, long-term relationships with clients.
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle management, compliance, and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation:

• Salary will be discussed during the interview and will be competitive, based on experience, performance, and overall capability.
