Medical Billing Office- Insurance Payment Poster

NOT work from home

Must have experience of daily posting commercial insurance payments over 50% of the time. This is NOT posting patients copays to their account. Line item and 835/electronic payment posting experience - REQUIRED

Duties will include, but not limited to...

• Accurately and efficiently reviewing and positing insurance payments
• Accurately and efficiently posting patient payments
• Requesting missing EOBs from payors
• Posting/reconciling electronic insurance payments
• Preparation of Bank Deposits

A strong candidate will posses

• High attention to detail
• 10 key proficiencies
• Experience in medical payment posting
• Ability to stay focused and work independently daily

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
