Medical Billing & Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Medical Billing & Operations Coordinator to manage medical billing processes, insurance claims, and daily operational workflows. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate billing, efficient revenue cycle management, and smooth coordination between patients, providers, and insurance companies.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Medical Billing & Claims Management

  • Process and submit medical claims to insurance providers accurately and in a timely manner
  • Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits
  • Manage claim follow-ups, denials, and appeals
  • Post payments and reconcile billing discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate patient billing records

Revenue Cycle & Financial Operations

  • Monitor accounts receivable and outstanding balances
  • Prepare billing reports and financial summaries
  • Coordinate payment collections and billing inquiries
  • Improve billing processes to enhance revenue cycle efficiency

Operational Coordination

  • Support daily administrative and operational workflows
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers, staff, and external vendors
  • Maintain documentation and operational records
  • Identify process improvements and streamline workflows

Patient & Client Communication

  • Respond to patient billing inquiries professionally
  • Explain billing statements and payment procedures
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls using QO calling software
  • Ensure a high level of customer service and confidentiality

Tools & Systems

  • Zoho (CRM and operational workflows)
  • Smartsheets (tracking, reporting, and process management)
  • QUO calling software for communication

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in medical billing, healthcare operations, or revenue cycle management
  • Knowledge of medical billing procedures and insurance processes
  • Experience using Zoho, Smartsheets, or similar tools (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets and digital tools

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per month
