Medical Billing & Payment Posting Specialist

Job Overview

Topline Resource Group (TLRG) is looking for a detail-oriented Billing & Payment Posting Specialist to support our Revenue Cycle Management operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate medical billing, timely claim submission, and precise posting of payments and adjustments to ensure maximum reimbursement and clean accounts receivable.

Key Responsibilities

• Submit and review medical claims (CMS-1500 / UB-04)
• Post insurance & patient payments (EOBs / ERAs)
• Identify and report under/overpayments
• Coordinate with AR and coding teams
• Ensure billing accuracy and compliance

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in medical billing & payment posting
• Strong knowledge of US healthcare RCM
• Familiarity with CPT, ICD-10, and insurance portals
• Experience with EHR/PM systems

Preferred Skills

• Experience with both professional and institutional billing.
• Ability to manage high-volume workloads with accuracy.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Prior experience working with US-based providers or RCM companies.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
