Idaho's premiere urology practice is looking for a Billing Representative with CPC certification and experience to help us continue delivering exceptional customer service to our patients and external customers.

Who We Are:
We’re a rapidly expanding urology group with 18 providers and offices in Boise, Meridian, and Nampa. We also have an outpatient surgery center located next to our Meridian office (Surgery Center of Idaho). We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality care and an excellent experience for both patients and staff.

What You’ll Do:
As our Billing Representative, you’ll ensure timely and accurate billing, focusing on maximizing reimbursement. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Posting patient receipts and insurance remittances
• Reviewing EOBs for payment accuracy
• Submitting claims with correct CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes
• Verifying coding compliance and clinical documentation
• Resolving denied, pending, or past-due claims
• Handling inquiries from patients, payers, and staff
• Performing timely follow-up on accounts

Who We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have:

• CPC certification (Certified Professional Coder)
• Experience in medical billing and coding
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
• A passion for delivering great service and resolving account issues
