Medical Billing Specialist (US Clients)

We are seeking an experienced Medical Billing Specialist with a proven background in managing US-based client accounts. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of hands-on experience in medical billing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage directly with clients through calls and meetings. This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while managing client relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end medical billing process for US clients, including charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, and follow-ups.
• Verify patient eligibility, insurance benefits, and pre-authorizations as required.
• Review and correct claims to minimize denials and rejections.
• Conduct follow-up on unpaid or denied claims to ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare account reconciliations and generate client reports as needed.
• Communicate directly with US clients over calls and email to provide updates, resolve issues, and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Stay up-to-date with payer guidelines, billing procedures, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in US medical billing.
• Strong understanding of the RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) process.
• Experience handling denials, rejections, and appeals.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Confidence in conducting client calls and maintaining professional interactions.
• Proficiency in medical billing software and MS Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with multiple specialties in medical billing.
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
