AR Specialist

AR Executive (Night Shift) (05:00 PM to 03:00 AM) Office Located in 6th Road, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi. Company Overview: Health and Billing is a fast-paced medical billing company committed to delivering high-quality services in the Medical industry. We specialize in optimizing revenue cycle management for our clients and ensuring efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

• To work on the Account Receivables, Denial Management, Appeal Management.
• Experience in ECW.
• Send Patient statements for due Balance.
• Call Patients to collect any due Balance.
• Answer patient calls or make calls regarding inquiries pertaining to assigned accounts.
• Follow-up on unpaid claims within standard billing cycle timeframe.
• Check each insurance payment for accuracy and compliance with contract discount.
• Review patient bills for accuracy and completeness and obtain any missing information.
• Call companies regarding any discrepancy in payments if necessary.
• Identify and bill secondary or tertiary insurances.
• All accounts are to be reviewed for insurance or patient follow-up.
• To communicate effectively with Team and Clients.
• To maintain the protocols and documentation of each performed task.
• Any other task as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree from any reputed institute or University.
• 3+ Year Experience in Medical Billing/AR.
• Hands-on experience on Appeals, Follow-up, insurance calls, patient calls.
• Knowledge and understanding of USA Healthcare and Medical Billing guidelines
• Experience to work on multi specialties.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Willing to work in night shift (5 PM to 3 AM PST).
