AR Specialist

· Making all documentations for processing of advance foreign payments (Service and Supplies.

· Preparation of commercial documents pertaining to export sales and timely submission to bank for collection

· Preparation of fortnightly BRS for all the banks

· Ensuring correct posting of amortization to correct GL from Prepaid Expense

· Preparation of B/Sheet Schedules as per IFRS related to concerned Party, Miscellaneous Income, Prepaid Expense

· Monthly booking of Accrued Interest cost of TR in SAP and Interest Income if any

· Liaising with the banks and internally with purchase/customer service for ensuring accurate and timely preparation of documents.

Acting as backup for Inventory and costing transactions

· Bachelor of Commerce

· 5-7 years of experience in AR Specialist Accounts and finance with at least 2 years in a large organization handling AR Specialist accounting.

. Added advantage- experience in a General Trading Company / Manufacturing Company
· Proficiency in MS Excel/SAP

· Fluency in English, Arabic knowledge is added advantage
