About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Medical Billing Specialist to manage end-to-end billing and revenue cycle processes. You will handle claim submission, follow-ups, denial management, and ensure timely reimbursements from insurance providers, patients, and government programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit accurate claims using ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
• Follow up on unpaid/denied claims and handle appeals or resubmissions.
• Post payments, maintain billing records, and support monthly reports.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and update payer information.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, payer guidelines, and coding regulations.

Requirements

• Experience: 2–4 years in US Medical Billing (A/R & Denial Management).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (Commerce, Finance, or Healthcare preferred).

• Skills:
• Strong understanding of RCM and US insurance processes
• Proficiency in billing platforms (e.g., Kareo, eClinicalWorks, AdvancedMD)
• Analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Knowledge of HIPAA, EOBs, and payer appeal procedures
