Accounts Receivable Executive

• Prepare and issue customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Monitor accounts receivable ledger to identify overdue accounts.
• Follow up with clients via phone, email, and written correspondence for payment collection.
• Record all customer receipts and reconcile customer accounts regularly.
• Maintain proper documentation for all receivable transactions.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Customer Service teams for resolving billing discrepancies.
• Prepare aging reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required information.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Qualification : Minimum Graduation

Experience: 4 to 5 years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
