Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable records.
• Generate and send invoices to customers in a timely manner.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment and resolve any payment discrepancies.
• Manage and track customer accounts and payment history.
• Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and resolve outstanding issues.
• Prepare regular reports and summaries for management.
• Stay up-to-date with financial regulations and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounts receivable, payable, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
