Medical Billing Specialist

Corazon Chiropractic Clinic is seeking an energetic, service-oriented, and self-starting Medical Biller to join our flagship clinic in Hillsboro,/PDX Clinics

Our practice specializes in post-car collision, work-related injury, and chronic pain care.

Position Details & Responsibilities:

- Manage incoming mail

- Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility prior to claim submission

- Investigate insurance denials and confirm accurate payments from patients and providers

- Manage accounts, identify balance inconsistencies, and rectify incorrect billing information

- Investigate credentialing updates and errors

- Manage MVC/WC attorney representation and LOP requests.

Experience & Qualifications:

- 2 to 5 years of medical experience preferred

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

- Must be a coachable team player with a strong drive to excel

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and medical office procedures.

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay: $25

Hours: 24 hours per week with flexible scheduling.

IMPORTANT:

Please note that while our preference is for an in-person candidate, we are open to a hybrid arrangement once certain criteria have been met.
