Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead – RCM Operations to manage and lead a team of Medical Billing Associates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the complete revenue cycle management (RCM) process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. Job Responsibilities:

· Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Medical Billing Associates to ensure optimal performance and adherence to company protocols.

· Oversee the end-to-end RCM process, including medical coding, charge entry, claim submissions, payment posting, and AR follow-ups.

· Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, resolve issues, and maintain workflow efficiency.

· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to improve team productivity.

· Ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations in billing operations.

· Design and deliver training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development.

· Analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement, and report findings to management.
