Medical Call Center Agent

Mississippi Urology Clinic, Jackson MS has an immediate need for an experienced Call Center Agent or Representative to join their team!

The CCA will be responsible for answering incoming calls from both new and recurring patients and scheduling them with available physicians. Our ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently while exhibiting exceptional communication skills and professionalism in order to ensure a high level of customer service and patient satisfaction.

This position work location is: 501 Marshall Street, Suite 301, Jackson, MS 39202

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the registering, scheduling and rescheduling for all new and existing patients.
• Record Management.
• Ensure the proper information is obtained and communicated with the patient (i.e. identification, patient history, insurance information, missed appointment policy, patient arrival instructions, intake form, etc.)
• Receive, screen and coordinate telephone calls from healthcare providers.
• Place outbound calls and emails to patient leads.

Experience / Skills:

• Office Admin experience, 1 year required
• Demonstrates a high level of customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Call / Contact center or other high call volume experience required
• Highly detail-oriented
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
