  • Identify treatment delays, documentation issues, or case barriers and escalate appropriately
  • Maintain regular client communication to keep cases moving forward

  • Ensure cases are positioned for strong demand submissions and timely resolution
  • Collaborate with attorneys and leadership regarding case status and readiness

  • Professional written and verbal communication skills

Compensation & Incentives

  • Bonus eligibility tied to case performance, including tenders and successful pre-lit resolutions
  • Benefits and growth opportunities available

Important Notes for Applicants

  • This role requires active case ownership and daily outbound communication
  • Use of AI-generated answers during the application process will result in automatic disqualification
  • Applicants must personally complete all screening questions

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

  • Briefly describe your role in preparing a case for demand or settlement.
  • Are you comfortable making at least seven outbound calls per day to clients or providers?
  • You are assigned a personal injury case that has had no activity for 45 days. The client has stopped treating, medical records are incomplete, and the attorney is asking why the case isn’t moving. Walk us through what you would do next, step by step.
  • Why should we hire you for a role focused on actively moving cases toward demand, tender, or settlement?
