Medical Claim Analyst/ Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze medical records received from insurance companies.
• Allocate cases to field investigators and monitor field investigation progress.
• Prepare trigger points based on case details to guide investigation.
• Draft clear, accurate investigation reports for submission to clients.
• Handle claim closure communication via email and relevant portals.
• Support team leads and contribute to daily operational workflow.

Required Qualifications

• BHMS, BPT, or Post-Graduation in Life Sciences

(Biology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Forensic Science, Pharmacy, Bioinformatics, etc.)

• Good command of English (verbal & written)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)

Job Details

• Location: Wagle Industrial Area, Thane
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Working Days: 6 Days / Week
• Experience: Freshers accepted
• Salary (In-Hand): ₹16,390 per month (CTC: ₹20,000)
• Increment: Annual performance-based increment
