Business Promotion (Agents)

• To ensure follow up with Agents for orders.
• Solving the queries of the Agents

Inter-Dept Coord

• Coord with FSTs – quotation / order
• Coordination for cover design with the respective team
• Coordination with Production Department
• Follow up for Cover design from Coaching/Editorial and FSTs
• Tracking delivery status and follow up with Logistics team
• Timely guidance to Process Coordinator /Collection (all) related to sales
• Party cover order execution

Post Order Operation

• Call to the parties for/ after delivery and feedback
• Follow up for balance 50% payment

Supporting Back-end team

• Data Mining
• Preparing Quotation - Must be proficient in Excel
• Keeping record of all orders and specimen sent and updating the team of any order on hold and taking due action

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
