Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Customer Relationship Executive (OEM) to manage client coordination, order processing, and reporting. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, excellent follow-up ability, and advanced expertise in Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, MIS reporting) to ensure seamless execution of OEM requirements.

Key Responsibilities

· Act as the primary point of contact for OEM clients, ensuring clear and professional communication.

· Manage end-to-end order processing – from order receipt to dispatch coordination.

· Prepare and maintain OEM client data, reports, and trackers using advanced Excel tools.

· Generate and share MIS reports, dashboards, and sales analyses for management decisions.

· Coordinate with sales, production, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure timely execution.

· Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and resolve queries effectively.

· Document and analyze client feedback to enhance service quality and strengthen relationships.

Requirements

· Graduate in Business, Commerce, or related field.

· 1–2 years of experience in customer relationship / client servicing (OEM or B2B preferred).

· Proficiency in Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, MIS reporting mandatory).

· Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage OEM requirements efficiently.

· Team-oriented with strong problem-solving and follow-up abilities.

Salary & Benefits

· Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on skills & experience).
