We are looking for a Customer Service Executive who will be the first point of contact for our customers, distributors, and partners. The role involves handling queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a smooth customer experience while maintaining ABK’s reputation for excellent service.

Job Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
  • Respond to customer queries related to products, orders, returns, and service requests.
  • Coordinate with logistics, sales, and warehouse teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in ERP/CRM systems.
  • Process returns, exchanges, and warranty claims as per company policies.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department for timely closure.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with management for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships with clients.

Candidate Profile

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • A customer-first attitude with empathy and patience.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Any graduate can apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
