Job Summary: The Customer Service Executive is responsible for delivering excellent customer service by efficiently handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information about products and services. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and in a timely manner
  • Provide detailed information on products, services, policies, and procedures
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, technical support) to resolve customer issues
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
  • Monitor and track customer service metrics and report on performance
  • Uphold the company’s values and maintain a positive image in all customer interactions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
