Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product/service inquiries and provide tailored solutions.
• Manage inbound leads and follow up with interested prospects.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring repeat business.
• Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and order processing.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, support, logistics) to ensure smooth delivery.
• Track customer interactions and maintain records in CRM.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, customer-first environment.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus).
