Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive with experience in selling laptops, MacBooks, and related electronics through online platforms. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of the laptop industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to convert online inquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle online sales of laptops, MacBooks, iPads, and other electronics through e-commerce platforms, social media, and company website.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, and calls, providing accurate product information and recommendations.

Convert leads into sales by understanding customer requirements and suggesting the right product.

Maintain knowledge of the latest laptop, MacBook, and gadget models, specifications, and market pricing.

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the company.

Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales support.

Assist in creating online promotions, offers, and product listings to boost visibility and sales.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of sales experience (preferably in laptops, MacBooks, or electronics).

Good knowledge of the laptop and MacBook industry – brands, specifications, latest models.

Strong communication and persuasion skills .

Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and online sales portals.

Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in e-commerce sales or online retail.

Knowledge of refurbished and pre-owned laptops/MacBooks.

Basic understanding of digital marketing & lead generation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
