Outdoor Sales Executive - Glass & Aluminum

We are a company specializing in glass and Alum Machines Trading, Glass sheets trading & smart mirror processing. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the same sector. The primary responsibility will be to drive sales, develop new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets.

Ø Key Responsibilities:

- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the glass and alum.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and developers.

- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis.

- Provide detailed product knowledge and offer solutions tailored to client needs.

- Prepare and present proposals and negotiate contracts.

- Collaborate with the project and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling

- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

- Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports

- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

- Continuously improve through feedback

Ø Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales within the glass and alum.

- Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Valid UAE driving license is a must.

- Willingness to work on a target basis and achieve sales goals.

- Strictly with VALID UAE DRIVING LICENSE. Preferably with own car.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From AED5,000-8,000 per month

Sharjah(Al Sajaah): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
