Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Furniture Sales Executive to join our team at the showroom. You will have the opportunity to interact with customers and provide them with the best solutions. If you possess exceptional communication skills and have a strong understanding of the furniture market in the UAE, we would love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

Greet customers in the showroom professionally and provide comprehensive product explanations.

Respond to inquiries from potential customers across various communication channels (phone, email, social media).

Follow up with potential customers and motivate them to make a purchase decision.

Close deals with customers in collaboration with the engineering team to ensure customer needs are met at the highest level of quality.

Provide professional consultations to customers regarding furniture products and designs.

Generate new leads through cold calling and expand the client network.

Negotiate with customers and successfully close deals.

Maintain organized data and document the sales process accurately.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the furniture industry or similar products.

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.

Strong and accurate understanding of the UAE furniture market and trends.

Proficiency in both English and Arabic, spoken and written.

Excellent computer skills, including handling data and sales systems.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office to prepare reports and organize information.
