Job Title: Operations & Accounts Executive
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations & Accounts Executive to support the day-to-day operations of the business. The role involves handling customer service, processing orders, managing accounts of wholesale clients and suppliers, and identifying new partnership opportunities to grow the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service & Order Management
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Process and track online and wholesale orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Handle after-sales support, including returns, exchanges, and issue resolution.
- Accounts & Finance Support
- Maintain and update statements of accounts for wholesale clients and suppliers.
- Follow up on payments, invoices, and reconciliations.
- Support finance team with accurate record-keeping.
- Business Development & Partnerships
- Reach out to new companies for collaboration opportunities (listing products on external platforms or onboarding new products to our platform).
- Maintain relationships with wholesale clients and partners.
- Assist in preparing proposals and partnership agreements.
- Operational Support
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
- Track inventory levels and highlight stock shortages.
- Support marketing initiatives such as promotions and product launches when needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, operations, or account management (preferably in e-commerce, retail, or wholesale).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and record-keeping.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office/MS Excel; Shopify or similar platform experience is a plus.
