Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Medical Practice Operations Manager to oversee the daily functions and long-term growth of our organization and to manage a new clinic in Carrollton. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in management, strategic planning, and business development, with proven leadership skills to guide teams toward operational excellence. This role requires a proactive approach to process improvement, profit and loss management, and sales growth, ensuring the organization operates efficiently and achieves its strategic objectives. As Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational success through effective supervision, project management, and innovative problem-solving.
Duties
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with organizational goals to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise teams across various departments to foster a high-performance work environment.
- Act as office manager for our new medical office in Carrollton at the Carrollton Regional Hospital
- Help with AP, Payroll as needed
- Coordinate complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
- Monitor performance, develop strategies to increase patient volume, and support marketing efforts.
- Ensure compliance with medical regulations and internal policies while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Skills
- MBA and familiarity with Primary Care and eCW EMR is strongly looked upon
- Strong management capabilities with experience supervising diverse teams in fast-paced environments.
- Expertise in strategic planning to set clear objectives and execute long-term organizational goals.
- Experience in management in a medical office.
- Financial acumen in managing profit & loss statements, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
- Business development proficiency to identify opportunities for growth and expand market presence.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Commitment to process improvement through innovative thinking and continuous evaluation of workflows.
Pay: $55,259.84 - $86,549.48 per year

Education:
Experience:
- eCW EMR: 1 year (Preferred)
- Medical office management: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Certified Medical Manager (Required)
