Medical Clinical Assistant

We are seeking a Medical Clinical Assistant, also referred to as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or Allied Health Professional. The Medical Clinical Assistant will support physicians by helping with patient care, clerical responsibilities, and maintaining an organized clinical environment. The Medical Clinical Assistant will also document patient history and visit details in the electronic medical record, providing helpful information to patients, and promotes a professional, positive image of the clinic. This position is on a per diem basis, meaning PD/PRN as needed.

• American Heart Association (AHA) BLS required upon hire and maintained current

• Must be familiar with and willing to learn medical terminology
• Must be able to type

Additional Qualifications That Are a Plus:

• Prefer prior experience in a medical setting
• Can be CMA, CNA, Allied Health Professional, Medical or Dental students or other qualified individuals with appropriate medical knowledge to perform stated tasks
