Medical Coder

Key Responsibilities

Assign diagnostic and procedural codes to patient records using coding software.

Review medical records to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.

Adhere to ICD-10-CM, CPT, and regulatory coding guidelines.

Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrative staff to resolve coding-related issues.

Maintain strict confidentiality and security of patient information.

Qualifications & Skills

BSc with Physiology as a major subject.

1–2 years of coding experience using ICD-10-CM.

Proficiency in medical coding software and electronic health records (EHR).

Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.

Attention to detail with the ability to work independently.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
