About This Post:
MaxRemind is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Coder to join our team. The Ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing medical documentation and accurately translating diagnoses, procedures, and services into CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes. Ensures coding accuracy for insurance claims while adhering to billing guidelines, medical terminology, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities:

• Review medical records and assign correct CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes
• Ensure coding accuracy for billing and insurance claims
• Verify compliance with payer rules, regulations, and HIPAA standards
• Collaborate with billing teams to resolve coding-related denials and discrepancies
• Stay updated with changes in coding guidelines and healthcare regulations
• Apply knowledge of coding systems, billing processes, and EHR software

Requirements:

• Knowledge of US healthcare billing standards
• Strong analytical, communication, and attention-to-detail skills
• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in medical coding

Shift Timing: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Mon-Fri)
