Our Medical Concierge Team plays a critical role in onboarding patients, reconciling medications, coordinating dispatch, and ensuring clinical accuracy to support high-quality care delivery.

Job Overview
We are seeking motivated healthcare professionals with strong communication skills and at least 2 years of medical or healthcare experience to join the AllCare Concierge Team.
As an AllCare Medical Concierge Specialist, you may contribute across facility concierge and pharmacy concierge functions. This includes patient onboarding, medication reconciliation, dispatch coordination, and clinical documentation, working closely with physicians, facilities, and U.S.-based pharmacies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate patient enrollment and onboarding into EMR systems.
  • Collect, reconcile, and validate medication histories and documentation from facilities and prescribers.
  • Perform medication reconciliation at admission, monthly cycles, condition changes, and discharge/transfer.
  • Review census updates, prepare cycle fill lists, update MAR/eMAR, and ensure accuracy across all patient records.
  • Monitor incoming orders, verify patient/facility details, assign deliveries, and track status to ensure on-time completion.
  • Serve as the point of contact for facilities, providers, and pharmacies to resolve discrepancies or urgent requests.
  • Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and uphold strict accuracy standards.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications
  • Degree or certification in pharmacy, nursing, or other medical field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in pharmacy operations, healthcare coordination, or clinical support.
  • Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing medical records.
  • High energy, motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with U.S. healthcare providers, pharmacies, or ALFs.
  • Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems, MAR/eMAR platforms, or pharmacy management systems (e.g., PioneerRx).
  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance standards.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base Salary: $600 USD per month
  • Performance Bonus: Up to $400 USD per month based on performance
