Medical Counselor

Job description:

• Well organized and attention to detail work processing and computer skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time quickly and accurately.
• Excellent interpersonal skills required to work closely and effectively with doctors, clinic staff and understanding patient needs.
• Ability to remain personable and empathetic with the patient’s needs and concerns.
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from patients. Listen attentively.
• Regular follow ups on patient calling and maintaining relevant reports
• Strong communication skills required to effectively explain laser vision correction, help patients to realize their lifestyle goals, and guide them through a decision-making process.
• Maintain all types of reports/data as per organisation requirements .
• coordination with TPA and panel department
• preparing surgery list after cross verifying all the surgery related documents and discussion with the surgeon one day prior to the surgery
• Explain the tariff of the concerned procedure /investigation with clarity to the patient in detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Clinical counseling: 1 year (Required)
