Your role is essential in supporting healthcare facilities, laboratories, and clinics by ensuring that critical items arrive on time and in perfect condition.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate box trucks and other commercial vehicles to deliver medical supplies, specimens, and equipment across designated routes.
• Load and unload cargo efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling techniques while adhering to safety protocols.
• Ensure accurate documentation of deliveries, including receipt signatures and delivery logs.
• Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with clients, healthcare staff, and team members to provide exceptional customer service.
• Follow prescribed routes and schedules diligently to meet delivery deadlines while optimizing efficiency.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure safety and compliance with traffic laws and company policies.
• Assist with warehouse tasks such as inventory management, stock replenishment, and organizing supplies as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably within a healthcare or medical environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks or similar commercial vehicles is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving of boxes or equipment safely.
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of route driving, load & unload procedures, and traffic regulations related to commercial driving.
