Medical Courier/Independent Contractor

Job Summary
Couriers will pick up and deliver medical samples and supplies at various locations in Tyler and East Texas. Hours will be evenings and nights. Applicants must be willing to have a background check and drug test. Must be at least 21 years old with a current drivers license. Couriers will be independent contractors and will provide their own vehicle. Must have: reliable vehicle, good driving record, current drivers license, and current insurance.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $17.00 to 28.00 per hour

Duties

• Safely operate vehicle, to deliver packages and documents to designated locations.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking shipments and obtaining signatures when necessary.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients during pickups and deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on professionalism.
• Experience in warehouse operations is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
