Medical Delivery Driver - Healthcare/ DME

Minimum 2 years DME/ Medical equipment delivery experience highly preferred but not required!

The ideal candidate will be bi-lingual (English/Spanish) and have previous medical equipment experience.

The primary job responsibilities of the Medical Equipment Delivery Technician is to support the delivery of DME to patient homes.

• Schedules and completes deliveries and removals of medical equipment in patient homes and healthcare facilities.
• Keeps accurate records of delivery, pick-up, maintenance and repair activities.
• Demonstrates and explains general operation and proper use of medical equipment to patient/customer.
• Periodically works on-call rotation.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid license in state of residence with minimum 7 years driving experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer support experience.
• Work experience in the medical device industry, DME, or healthcare industry.
• Proficient with standard technology, smart phones, tablets, etc.

Physical and Safety Requirements:

• Ability to sit, kneel, bend, or stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to safety lift, move or transport, 50 lbs. with and without physical aids.
• Must wear provided personal protective equipment including but not limited to safety shoes, gloves, and protective clothing.
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check (driving record and drug screen).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50 per hour
