Medical Director

Royal Health Care, Chathannoor is seeking an experienced and dynamic Medical Director to lead clinical governance, ensure high standards of patient care, and guide our medical team toward excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide clinical leadership and strategic direction to all medical departments

· Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with NABH/medical regulatory standards

· Oversee clinical protocols, patient care standards, and ethical practices

· Coordinate with consultants, nursing, operations, and management teams

· Handle medical audits, clinical risk management, and continuous quality improvement

· Address patient care issues, clinical grievances, and medico-legal matters

· Support recruitment, credentialing, and performance monitoring of doctors

Eligibility Criteria:

· MBBS with MD/MS or equivalent postgraduate qualification

· Minimum 8-10 years of clinical experience, including leadership roles

· Strong knowledge of hospital administration and clinical governance

· Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills

· Experience in multispecialty hospital management will be an added advantage
