Medical Director – Healthcare & Event Medical Services

We are looking for an experienced Medical Director to lead and manage clinical operations across healthcare, home care, emergency, and event medical services. This role requires strong medical leadership, hands-on oversight, and full compliance with UAE healthcare regulations while ensuring high standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all medical and clinical operations
• Develop, implement, and monitor clinical policies, protocols, and procedures
• Supervise and support doctors, nurses, and clinical staff
• Ensure medical readiness for home care services, on-call duties, and event medical coverage
• Review and approve medical reports, patient assessments, and incident documentation
• Ensure compliance with DHA / DOH / MOH regulations and licensing requirements
• Conduct clinical training, drills, and continuous professional development programs
• Support management with clinical risk management, quality improvement, and service planning
• Assist in budgeting, resource planning, and operational decision-making

Requirements & Qualifications

• MBBS or MD from a recognized medical institution (required)
• Valid UAE medical license or eligibility (DHA / DOH / MOH)
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, including at least 2 years in home care or on-call medical services
• Experience in medical leadership, emergency care, or event medical services is an advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
