Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Doctor to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of various medical disciplines and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. This role requires expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals. The Doctor will be responsible for managing patient assessments, developing treatment plans, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments to diagnose medical conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical history.
  • Utilize EHR systems and EMR systems for accurate documentation and management of patient records.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in various specialties including Psychiatry, Endocrinology, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, and more.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
  • Stay current with advancements in medical practices through continuous education and training.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) from an accredited institution.
  • Board certification in relevant specialty preferred; additional certifications in areas such as Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine are advantageous.
  • Proven experience in a clinical setting; hospital experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, coding (CPT/ICD), and documentation standards.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide compassionate patient care.
  • Familiarity with telehealth practices is a plus; experience with outpatient care is also beneficial.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $225,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
