About the Role
We are seeking dedicated medical doctors to join our care coordination team, supporting holistic management of chronic conditions for senior patients in New York. This role is based in Phase 8 DHA Lahore, Pakistan, and requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a welcoming voice/accent to ensure patients feel comfortable and supported.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 70–100 patient outreach calls per day (many may go unanswered on the first attempt; this volume reflects outreach efforts needed to achieve patient engagement).
- Achieve about 150 connected and spoken patient calls per month, each averaging about 3-5 minutes of meaningful interaction.
- Demonstrate awareness and understanding of chronic condition types (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, COPD, arthritis) and holistic care approaches.
- Be able to research, learn, and familiarize with holistic care practices (using Copilot/ChatGPT and other resources) during the learning phase, and then apply this knowledge to drive the program effectively.
- Coordinate with U.S.-based doctors for prescription issuance or renewals, arranging telehealth or site visits when necessary.
- Maintain accurate, audit-safe documentation of patient interactions and care plans.
- Provide empathetic communication, ensuring patients feel supported and understood.
Work Schedule
- Night shift required to align with U.S. patient hours.
- Typical shifts:
- 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time)
- 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time)
- Some flexibility available with start and end times within this range.
Qualifications
- MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
- Prior experience in chronic care management or telehealth preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with a welcoming voice and clear accent for senior patient interactions.
- Ability to work in a structured environment while maintaining patient empathy.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using telehealth platforms, EMRs, and Google sheets.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to holistic care frameworks for chronic conditions, with support from training and research tools (Copilot/ChatGPT).

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs140,000.00 per month
