Science & Medicine
team plays a critical role in everything we create. We’re responsible for ensuring that healthcare content is accurate, credible, and able to stand up to the highest level of scrutiny — from pharmaceutical clients, medical‑legal review teams, and the FDA.
As a
Medical Editing Intern
, you’ll be mentored by experts and gain hands‑on experience supporting the medical accuracy behind real healthcare campaigns. You’ll review copy, check references, and help ensure that complex scientific information is communicated clearly and responsibly. If you’re detail‑oriented, curious about medical science, and interested in how healthcare advertising works behind the scenes, this is a unique opportunity to learn.
Responsibilities

Reviewing copy documents for medical accuracy and appropriate use of data

Checking and validating scientific references and source materials

Reviewing referenced documents to support regulatory approval processes

Assisting with responses to medical and regulatory feedback from client review committees

Supporting copywriters by finding relevant medical and scientific literature

Helping track and address editorial comments from regulatory reviews

You have strong attention to detail and care deeply about accuracy

You’re comfortable working independently and collaborating with cross‑functional teams

You know your way around Microsoft Word and Excel (PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat familiarity is a plus)

Compensation Range: $20 - $20 an hour. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
