Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and prepare patient samples for medical laboratory analysis.
• Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory instruments accurately and safely.
• Conduct chemical, hematological, and microscopic tests on specimens.
• Record and interpret test results for medical staff review.
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control regulations.
• Maintain proper documentation and store specimens systematically.
• Assist in quality control and equipment performance evaluations.
• Support medical staff with accurate diagnostic laboratory information.

Skill & Experience

• Strong knowledge of clinical laboratory testing and procedures.
• Ability to operate advanced laboratory instruments efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and observation skills.
• Excellent record-keeping and data entry accuracy skills.
• Good communication and teamwork in clinical environments.
• Understanding of biosafety and infection control practices.
