Medical Laboratory Technician / Medical Laboratory Scientist

• Location; Crystal Lake Hosptial
• Pay Range: $29.41 - $44.11
• Shift: Nights
• Hours: 40 Hours a week
• $10,000 Sign on Bonus eligible

Shift differential for qualifying shifts (PM shift 15% of base pay, up to $4.50 per hour / Night shift 20% of base pay, up to $6.00/hour)

• Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology
  Must be qualified to perform high complexity testing according to CLIA 493.1489 Standard; Testing personnel qualifications.
  OR
• Associates degree in Medical Technology AND MLT certification
  Must be qualified to perform high complexity testing according to CLIA 493.1489 Standard; Testing personnel qualifications.

• MT/MLS Generalist Certification or Specialty Certification in Blood Bank, Chemistry, Hematology or Microbiology required within 12 months of hire. OR
• MLT Certification and 5 years of experience.
