About the Role

Valeo Health provides at-home diagnostics, wellness treatments, longevity protocols, and virtual medical care across the UAE and KSA. We are looking for a Medical Manager who will play a key role in providing clinical consultations and ensuring exceptional medical experiences for Valeo clients.

This role is client-facing, requiring a physician who enjoys engaging with patients, reviewing lab results, and guiding them through their health journey. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of experience as a General Practitioner or Internal Medicine physician, a strong interest in holistic and functional medicine, and ideally experience with peptides, nutrition, or integrative wellness.

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultations & Medical Feedback (Primary Focus)

• Conduct online consultations with Valeo clients, providing clear, empathetic, and actionable medical advice.
• Review and interpret blood tests, panels, and diagnostics, delivering personalized medical feedback.
• Guide clients on preventive health, longevity, nutrition, and holistic wellbeing based on clinical findings.
• Answer follow-up medical questions and support clients through their health optimization programs.
• Provide medical recommendations aligned with Valeo’s protocols, including lifestyle changes, supplements, peptides (if qualified), and wellness therapies.

Clinical Support & Oversight

• Ensure medical accuracy and quality across all consultations and client reports.
• Collaborate with nurses, phlebotomists, and medical coordinators to ensure seamless client care.
• Provide medical escalation support and oversight for complex cases.
• Maintain compliance with local healthcare regulations in the UAE and KSA.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with product, commercial, and operations teams to continuously improve Valeo’s patient journey.
• Provide medical insights for service development, marketing messaging, and client communication strategies.
• Participate in occasional in-person events or corporate wellness activations, when required.

Qualifications & Skills

• 8+ years of clinical experience as a General Practitioner or Internal Medicine physician.
• Strong experience interpreting lab results and conducting online/telehealth consultations.
• Passion for holistic, preventive, and functional medicine.
• Certification or training in nutrition, functional medicine, integrative medicine, or lifestyle medicine is a strong plus.
• Background or familiarity with peptides, longevity therapies, or biohacking is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills with a warm, patient-centric approach.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth health tech environment. Valid UAE license or eligibility for UAE licensing (DHA required MOH is a plus).
